On 2 October 2026, General Kantnat Nikornyanont, WVO Director- General, attended the reception held in celebration of the National Day of the Republic of Korea and the 68 th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Thailand. On this occasion, WVO Director-General presented souvenirs to Mr. Park Yong-Min, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Thailand,and his spouse, Madam Kim Ji-Hee, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok.
