On 11^th November 2025, General Paiboon Kumchaya, Privy Councillor as a representative of the King laid the wreath on the occasion of the First World War Volunteer Forces Memorial Day at the Royal Siamese Expeditionary Forces Monument, Sanam Luang. On this occasion, General Kantnat Nikornyanont, WVO Director – General together with representatives from the Government Sections, organizations, associations, foundations, Defence Attachés to Thailand and heirs of the Royal Siamese Expeditionary Forces laid the wreaths to commemorate and honor the bravery of volunteer soldiers. There was also an exhibition on the history of the World War I to educate the general public and future generations.
