On 13^th November 2024, General Detnitit Luangngamkum, WVO Director – General paid a courtesy call on Mrs.Kang Jung-ai, Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (MPVA), Republic of Korea during the International Conference on Veterans Affairs 2024 at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel, Seoul, Republic of Korea. In this regard, WVO Director – General also signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between WVO and MPVA to determine the scope of cooperation in honoring Korean War veterans, and to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various fields between agencies related to Korean War veterans and descendants in both countries.
