On 10^th July 2023, Lieutenant Colonel Hassachai Iamlaor, WVO Assistant Director – General (Executive) as the head of delegation and WVO Director – General representative attended the 4^th VECONAC Working Committee Meeting which was hosted by the Veterans Federation of the Philippines (VFP) at the Clark Marriot Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Republic of the Philippines. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss draft resolutions and will be completely approved to be further endorsement in the 35^th  Executive Board Meeting and the 22^nd General Assembly in the end of the year 2023 in Philippines.
