The Closing Ceremony of the VECONAC 21st General Assembly

     On 23rd Novmber 2022, General Santasana  Nantibhakhirund, WVO Director – General/President of Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC) presided over the closing ceremony of the VECONAC 21st General Assembly, which was attended by 10 VECONAC Member Countries. On this occasion, WVO Director – General also presided over the handing over ceremony of the VECONAC Presidency and Meeting Host from Thailand to Philippines.The ceremony included the handover of the VECONAC Flag, VECONAC Presidential Gavel as well as official documents to Major (Retired) Romeo D. Alamillo, Deputy President of the Veterans Federation of the Philippines (VFP) which will be the new VECONAC President in 2023 and addressed the closing remarks at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok Hotel.
